6. Are You Holding Yourself Back?
On this episode of What the Gut I’ll be talking about how we think and set goals. It hit me during a talk with someone that saying we're doing everything while feeling held back by fear just doesn't add up. Being truthful with ourselves is super important! It's about being the best "you," not what others think. My journey to feeling better showed me that sometimes, we need help beyond what we know. Trying new things and asking for help is okay and makes us stronger.
